Not sure if you have asbestos? We take samples of building materials and send off for testing and then recommend the best course of action and provide a estimate.

SAMPLING SITE MEETING STEPS
Initial consultation call to discuss your individual needs.

Site meeting and sampling.

Creation of a hazardous materials survey(HMS) based on sample analysis report and job estimate.

50% deposit of the estimated cost is required to book a start date with us.

Removal of agreed upon asbestos containing materials.

Final inspections after asbestos removal work has been completed.

Remainder of the invoice is due upon completion of work.

GENERAL SITE MEETING
When you’ve already had a Hazardous Materials Survey (HMS) completed, a general site meeting is then required to gain knowledge of the job site prior to creating an estimate.
